Return Policy

 

ActivePure Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all ActivePure products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in good working order without any physical damage, and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping product back to our offices.

If the return is for any warranty problem, then BioSafety will pay for the shipping and either replace or repair the unit at no charge at any time during the warranty period according to the terms of ActivePure ’s warrant policy.

GreenDrain and D-FENZ Return policy

As these items are consumables, the return policy is for any defect in the product. If there is a defect, the product will be replaced at no charge any time during the first 30 days. If there was a problem such as you ordered the incorrect size for a Green Drain, then that product can be returned and replaced with the correct item(s) at no charge to you at any time during the first 30 days, assuming it is shipped back in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@biosafetysolutions.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty

All warranty issues are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. BioSafety Solutions does not offer a separate warranty but will facilitate any warranty issue with any of our manufacturers.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Our return department can facilitate the exchange if requested when making the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
